Picture shown is the 300F1.  The 300F7 doe not contains a carburetor and has a 3 groove balancer.

Complete dressed engines are assembled using components as noted in the Engine Configurations Kit Component List.  Complete engines come with intake and exhaust manifolds, complete fuel system (unless noted) including a new carburetor, governor, and fuel pump.  Ignition system is new and includes a  distributor, cap, wire set, and spark plugs (the ECM and coil are not included). 

All engines have new water pumps, thermostat and thermostat housing.   Engines include new mounting plates between engine and flywheel, new flywheel and re-enforcement plates.  Engines are equipped with new starter of choice (see application guide for selection of optional items).  Engines are shipped with a new Wix oil filter.  Engines are shipped without engine oil or coolant.

All complete engines  are started and hot DYNO TESTED before shipping.  All units have a 2 year warranty.

This kit is for installing fuel injection systems.  This engine uses the early short water pump and a two groove balancer.  This combination of parts was used in most industrial applications thru mid 1990.  In Tug MA applications this was used thru serial number 6562.  The distinguishing factor is the height of the water pump, which on the early applications was 4-1/4 inches from the mounting surface of the pump to the outer face of the fan hub.  This unit is the same as the 300F1, less carburetor and fuel pump.  This unit comes with Sage Parts new 3205 starter, a new Sage Parts flexplate with reinforcement,  and a new transmission/starter mounting plate.  All units also come with a new 2-groove balancer, new electronic distributor. All of these engines have been hot dyno tested before shipping. This engine comes with a 2 year warranty.
