“With the introduction of Sage Parts GSE Services, Sage becomes a total solutions provider to the GSE marketplace,” said Michael Bloomfield, Sage Executive Vice President. “We’re ready with whatever our customers need, whenever they need it...whether it’s a replacement part, the expert assistance of a technical professional in installing the part, recommendations about how to increase the life of the part or the life of GSE equipment, on-site equipment refurbishment, pre-season deicer checks, or practically anything else that relates to their business...it’s all available from Sage, one company offering the essence of added value, truly a one-stop shop,” continued Mr. Bloomfield.

The vast range of services that the new Sage Parts GSE Services group will deliver includes troubleshooting GSE fleets to determine a problem or prevent potential problems. The new Sage Parts  group will also work closely with customers in identifying the right parts to quickly fix GSE that is in need of repair. Technical professionals from Sage Parts GSE Services will also work with customers in providing GSE upgrades and retrofitting, and in assessing GSE fleets to provide expert advice on the value of replacement versus rebuilding. What’s more, the division will assist in the procurement of GSE equipment, both purchases and leases.
