Sage Parts expands its presence in India via agreement with
Millennium Aero Dynamics Pvt. Ltd.


Farmingdale, New York, December 8, 2008 – Sage Parts, the world’s leading supplier of replacement parts for ground support equipment (GSE), has announced that it has widened its growing worldwide footprint by entering into an agreement that will bring parts, cost-savings and other solutions to Indian aviation operations at the point of use.

Under a representation agreement with Millennium Aero Dynamics Pvt. Ltd., which is headquarted in Mumbai, Sage Parts together with Millennium will provide GSE replacement parts, manage parts inventories, offer maintenance parts expertise and provide an extensive range of support services on-site at airports located throughout India.

Millennium Aero Dynamics Pvt. Ltd. has served aviation customers in India since 1982, providing such services as engineering, tooling, climate control and logistics.  Under terms of the agreement, Millennium will represent Sage Parts and collaborate with Sage in supplying GSE replacement parts as well as a wide range of aftermarket and warranty support, assuring that parts and support services can be rapidly accessed and delivered on-site at Indian airports.
